3D laser scanningThanks to 3D laser scanning, every detail of supply systems, mechanical and technological spaces, equipment and piping systems can be precisely measured with millimeter accuracy. This helps designing in a way that any size can be determined with a few clicks. Our delivered product is both an online and offline pointcloud which can be as easily used as a single image viewer.

3D modelingThose parts of the measured area that needs to be redesigned are schematically modeled as a 3D BIM model. In this way our customers receive a product in which they can not only make measurements but also plan and check other properties of the elements. This 3D modeled documentation can be used not only during design but as a 3D implementation plan.

3D planning3D drawings of mechanical systems are created in the previously generated pointcloud so the resulting model is a true equivalent of the real space. The completed track can be checked in the pointcloud by a collision test that shows where and how many points are covered by the planned system. Since we design in a three-dimensional space, drawing is simplified and becomes more interactive. With the help of the survey, millimeter accuracy can be easily maintained during the design process.

Prefabrication, implementationThe implementation is based on the design and the necessary information is accumulated already during the 3D laser scanning process. With the help of the plans the desired items are made and prepared in our factory, in Szigetvár. Pre-engineered and prefabricated unique systems (sprinkler, heat center, etc.) are assembled on site. With this method, our service reaches its goal: serving our customers quickly and accurately, minimizing defects and scraps.

We surveyed the ceiling system separating the mounting level, the suspended ceilings, the distillation room and the two operating areas.

We have scanned the building of the PTE heating center, and we have made a 3D model of the input data. The reconstruction of the heating center was carried out using our 3D model.
